If Teck backs in for 75%, they will have to fund 4x expenditures towards the overall project. Since we would own 25% of the overall project, only 25% of that funding would contribute to our portion of the project.

That's true. But they must aslo take care of the financing.

Yet if they back in for 40% they must pay 3x expenditures and since we would own 60% of the project 60% would be contributed to our portion.....

If they take the 20%, it's 1x expenditures..80% going to us.
