Why would Tck want to make a quick decision considering they have the 120 days following bfs? Seeing they have 4 years to make schaft creek into an operational mine. if tck waits til spring to make a final decision that would mean they can get on the ground right away and build the mine, rather than waste time waiting for the winter to end. Anyone with other ideas?
