From my experience JD waits for about a penny gain and then sells relentlessly. He either already sold or he's holding until the end. Even if he was trying to beat this stock down I don't think he has enough to carry us down for very long.
He doesn't always torture the stock. He could have bought it for flow-through shares. I thought about this awhile ago and decided not to worry because I don't think he has enough to play with.
