Help me on this . If there is a Spinco , the pupose of the Spinco would be to explore the rest of the property , right ? So we're going to need funds to drill . I think we would get one CUU-2 shares for every 10 CUU shares which would start the spinco with 40M outstanding shares . This would give us room for PP's which we'll need to raise funds . Or would 1 for 5 be better or 1for 20 ? Either way we get the same percentage of the company , just more or less shares .
