FYI. This is the only article I found where the 4 years is mentioned. Elmer later confirmed this but did not say where we could obtain the specifics. I wanted the full disclosure on the agreement. Tech obviously does not want that released as with a whole bunch of other stuff.

Why have we not been given the full Titan studies?
