Dilution of shares

I was thinking of share dilution and correct if I am wrong but if the fox teams up in a Joint Venture with an Asian company lets say. Gets a listing on the Hong Kong exchange, then there is no dilution really with all those possible new buyers.

Come on we are a WORLD class deposit - why are we not thinking world class listing and just thinking possible TSX listing ??
