Question - is it possible Teck will decide to sell its share of Galore to focus on the cuu story - will this please its shareholders?

Webs - you mentioned some important dates in a recent SH post - I think it was Oct 26 and a November date. Can you elaborate on what you believe is happening on these dates.

Been long since $1, rode it to $2.75 but wasn't smart enough to sell any. Average $2. A little concerned, but still long. I understand that markets are inefficient, but I do not understand why we have a $500M or so market cap. I think there must be something going on that Joe Public is not aware of - none the less, I am here until they take my shares from me in exchange for cash+TCK.B+spinco+++++.

Lastly - where is the info/mention of a prospectus?
