The final judgement will come from the Federal Government. Jobs, exports, great economic gains for the Province of British Columbia and, ultimately, the Government of Canada are at stake at a time when Canada wants to lead the way back to global financial stability. In my opinion, they will allow Taseko to find a way to meet the concerns of the Native people and the wildlife habitat.

This story isn't over, and how it ends may well set a precedent for pending and further Provincial and Federal Environmental Assessments for all future mining in the Province of British Columbia.
