TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Jan. 13, 2011) - Continental Gold Limited ("Continental Gold" or the "Company") (TSX:CNL)(OTCBB:CGOOF) is pleased to announce that the warrants (the "Warrants") of the Company issued on September 16, 2010 are expected to commence trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange (the "TSX") on January 17, 2011 under the symbol "CNL.WT". The Warrants are exercisable at a price of $7.50 until September 16, 2012. In the event that the closing price of the Company's common shares on the TSX is greater than $9.75 per share for a period of 20 consecutive trading days, the Company may accelerate the expiry date of the Warrants by giving notice to the holders thereof and in such case the Warrants will expire on the 30th day after the date on which such notice is given by the Company.
