To my knowledge the militias aren't as prevalent as you've been led to believe, but then again what do I know? In general there seem to be more blacks in the southeast, more hispanics in the southwest, and more whites in the north ... of course with exceptions, L.A., D.C., etc. The poorer people get, the more they tend to look down on, and pick fights with others.
