Quick question before I respond to your last post..

Do you believe that the role of government is to advance the collective well being of it's citiezens thru goverment policies and interventions. ( the supremacy of the state)

Do you believe the role of government is to advance the collective well being thru creating an environment thru policies, in which the indidual can succeed. ( supremacy of the citizen)
