I was going way OTF with this one, PM'd Greengas but don't know if my PM thingy is working.

Many traders use retirement accounts, which restricts their abilities in some respects. I don't recall what I was told international trades costs -- $400/trade? $100/trade? -- other than that we're at $9.95 for unlimited shares.

With the large number of retirement accounts cropping up, possibly another reason to consider Amex listings.
