I was refering to it's potential. Short term CLL can bounce all over the place, It would make my portfolio look a lot better around $4 as well.. My point is the true value of CLL (good or bad) is about 2 yrs out. If they get P1 at full production, P2 ramping up, Refinary upgraded, and pipeline started, P3 in the approval stages, improve balance sheet as result of increased cash flow, then CLL will be $10+ stock.

Short term is speculation. Long term value will be realized if they hit on the stated targets
