Funny article, didn't know Obama complimented Reagan. Did a nice two-step at the end, the economy's tanking but when all's blackest look out for takeoff.

The comments about the Treasury yields got me thinking though. My 5% fixed-rate mortgage is awesome, but the way things are going I may actually be able to do better pretty soon. Thanks for the tip.
