Many good points..Problem is hindsight is 20/20..We can all look back after the fact and say they should or shouldn't have done this or that..They had a plan ( including those fired) and a vision for the company. They had the bad luck of economic collapses not once but twice just as things were going as planned. They did what they could to realize their dream and have succeeded in the goal of creating an independant Producer. Is debt higher than they hoped, probably. Are there more common shares than they would have liked, probably. In the end however they succeeded in building what they planned against all odds. They deserve credit for that. As Marlborough Dog pointed out just as the plan starts working the sharks are circling to buy..Recent events and articles show that DG was ousted for not rolling over and selling as per the wish of a few institutions looking to make a quick buck by selling the company at market bottom prices. So give the old man and the team at CLL ( including those fired) some credit for putting together a good foundation for a strong company
