Of course you need some debt creation to built but supposing if they had only waited a few months or focussing on achieving the maximum out their pod 1 .It was part of the high debt and later the more worsening economic situation mostly the banking sector they had to choose for a double amount of shares at a very low price also.issueing shares at 2 or at 1 as sp is a big differance to collect money for example.

I had owned stocks from a lot of companies also a lot fom Belgium.Some were very popular stocks in the time of the dot com period.I had position in a lot which went from 1 to 100 in very short time.Some of these CEO's are warrented as CEO of the year.Now these days a lot of these companies are back to 1 ,another bankrupt and some at sp's much lower then years ago when they were popular.I haven't a big trust in Ceo's appearing in tv shows etc..All they do is pep talk .Ceo's from big companies never appear on tv or very rare .A Ceo will never say that things are wrong they hide the facts or stepping down.One of the stocks I owned became in deep trouble because an analist discovered things in their accounting system.When asked on the tv they denied and said nothing.lucky for me i sold immediatly and those who hold on lost all their money.Of course for CLL as an bitumen producer it differrent compared to software companies.

It was not always bad what happened there.Specially on construction they did a good job but you can't deny that many investors and not the smallest onces are not so pleased the way things were going there.

i don't know how long you handle in stocks but if you follow stocks for years like me and done many trades and read a lot what happened in the financial world your trust and believe in fancy people becomes very low.

I'm not a poor guy but IF i had put away and left some companies earlier I probably drove a Ferrari right now.I don't complain but it's sad the story develloped the way it is today.Like you sad also CLL has very good assets and reserves + now 2 pods which can be upgraded to a production of 50.000.It's waiting now what the outcome will be but if the company will be taken out then it will disappear from the screan.i think if we are honnest we liked to see the company growing to achieve the 50.000 bpd which seems not to be the case .

Anyway i bought some again now we passed the 1 since a few days.
