execution, and attractiveness as a JV partner or takeover target.

We suspect that the departures are the result of diverging views regarding the strategic direction of the company as Mr. Sametz had previously been announced as the successor to the current CEO.

We view the loss of these senior individuals as a substantial setback in both the operations of and potential sale of the company, given the technical and business backgrounds of the departed.
