JV will not happen because of the size of connacher and their debt. Like I said before, who would invest 950millions in a company that worth less than 400millions. That makes no sense.

If CLL doesn’t find any partner, the stock will sank… Then we will be forced to sell at a ridiculous price.

Now, if the Secret Buyer really wants Connacher, they will make a hostile bid…With recent Institutional Shareholder (Audley) comments about the takeover, it may happen soon. If not that means, that the offer was very low…
