Production ~8,500 bbl/day

Proved and Probable reserves ~ 729 million

Buyout ~ 2.1 Billion (2 Billion of debt +0.1 billion to shareholders)

CLL

Production ~14,000 bbl/day

Proved and Probable reserves ~ 500 million

My Buyout guess for CLL is 1.7 Billion (1 billion to debt 0.7 billion to shareholders, 1.55/share)...based on OPTI numbers and other recent acquisitions in the oil sands this seems very plausible.
