Insider buying was either due to latornell land sale knowledge, to try and stop downward pressure or just to make some cash..

Todays activity is nothing more than the guys buying in at .33 selling for a quick and substantial profit or the institutions increasing position for the winter season....

All the buyout stuff on SH and now here is nothing more than trying to get new buyers at highs as profits are taken... IMO the buyout rumor is so people will want to buy and hold in anticipation of a trading halt announcing a JV if and when it ever happens..
