The following information was stated on the other board by Callero77 and it pertains to the possible expansion plans for Connacher's Refinery in Montana. The question is whether this information is true or not as the Q-3 statement by Connacher's management to shareholders stated that Connacher is going to conserve capital for the rest of 2011 and into 2012 by limiting all spending except the capital required to maintain current exisiting operations; in addition to selling the Latornell property, the sale of Connacher's shares in Gran Tierra, and the possible location of a partner to farmin on the Twining & Penhold properties or failing that their outright sale of Twining/ Penhold in order to enhance Connacher's overall corporate liquidity. So if Connacher is in a not spending mode with everything on hold until they find a joint venture partner, what is with buying property in Great Falls next to the refinery in order to expand it?

"The Westgate Mall site in Great Falls will soon clear the way for expansion at the Montana Refining Company.
A representative with the refinery tells us they're in the process of buying the mall property from Capital Development of Washington.
It's been almost six months since Capital Development forced almost 40 businesses to move out of Westgate, in preparation for demolition.
All businesses re-located except the "It'l do" bar, which remains open in the mall location.
Refinery officials are expected to talk about their plans for the site early next week.
