Widely available to the public? It may be available ( those links you posted give an EXTREMELY linited time delayed info source and I found those links after you posted) but people can only get available information if they know it exits. I've never heard of the Alpha exchange and apparently few others have. There's no mention of it anywhere and it's volume isn't included probably because IT'S NOT A RECOGNIZED EXCHANGE, it's website states it APLLIED April 15th 2011.
Triact Match never heard of them either ---TRIACT MATCH Now is a non-quoting marketplace where order information is not visible to other traders. A proprietary algorithm automatically matches buy and sell orders. TriAct does not participate on an agency or proprietary basis in any trade.
Not going to waste my time looking at every company you listed but they all seem to be trading platforms that are used outside of recognized exchanges. They look like systems desined for professional firms to facilitate their operations.
It would appear that unless you work in the financial industry or get info from someone that does, retail investors like myself who read the Financial Post watch BNN and scan Google/ Yahoo Finance would never hear of them.
PS. Thanks for the links that give us pretty much nothing--What I'd like to know is how do I get access to that fancy chart you posted earlier.
