PDP SP was driven up to unrealsitic levels based purely on speculation as was CLL when it was mostly drilling..CLL dropped when it became a producer..PDP also got F*cked by the South American Country they were operating in. Most importantly PDP had it's own management team. CLL to the best of my knowledge was only doing administrative functions and current and Previous CLL management team had little if any input in the daily operations of PDP.

That said CLL screwed up big time not selling PDP at a much higher level, however in my oppinion they didn't sell because if they had it probably would have had a negative phsycological effect on both companies..Damned if you do damned if you don't. I mean if your major shareholder sells it's stake then shareholders panic and SP in both companies start selling.
