Just bought some share's at 75cents, I see very little downside risk and some good catalysts for upward movement, such as jv or buyout ( I don't see how a buyout would work though, no one holds a real substantial amount of shares in the company, so what would they do? We'll buy you out at 1.50 a share and give dg and the rest of them money on the side? What would give them reason to sell?)

P.S Very little downside risk? I copied this from analyst's at 1.3 and 1.00 haahha!

P.S.S I'm a little nervous about this one, I suppose it's how this works....
