relatively poor to medium expertise?

At the risk of being labled a pumper,I'd like to add the following...They put everything together on time and under budget. It wasn't that long ago that CLL was praised for it's ability to get things done.Yes CLL has made errors but ya got to give them some slack. In 2008 everything was rolling ahead of schedule, they had their financing in place for algar applications for expansion were being processed stock was over $5 and everyone was happy as sh$t. They had the bad luck of an economic calamity just as things got going..Now things are just falling into place and again crap is hitting the fan..I'll concede management isn't the best but they're far from the worst,,HOWEVER they probably are the unluckiest.
