The Obama Administration continues to be dumber than sheep dip with regards to oil sands produced oil as well as US domestic sources of O&G. There is no way alternative energy in the time needed can even come close to bridging the gap. One has to wonder if the Obama Administration is just ignorant as to the facts, or has another agenda which does not have the interests of the US population and economic well being at heart. We won't use the nearby resources and we won't develop our own resources. Those who will not learn will be lost. Canada, start construction of the pipeline to the west coast. Time for my country to put up or shut up!
