My guess is that this is the start of the traditional after Jan drop just a little late..Don't forget SP was heading down and was @ $1.28 before Libya BS started. Now Libya is starting to settle down and oil is wanting to correct down so CLL Will follow..I stated earlier before Libya my re-entry target was $1.23..I'm thinking a $1.31 target will be reasonable.
