On the other hand what causes such volumes without no news ?

One broker was responsible for most of the block trades today.TD Securities Inc swaped few bloks of 0.5 million shares and as far as I can see from the CLL Feb 16 trading record was responsible for more then 80 to 90% of the volume .

Why? who knows? Possibly one of their 100 mutual funds was taking a position in CLL.

Other then the TD there was nothing unusual as far as I could see.

Nice move above the $1.36 generated the BUY signal for momentum players which spark some additional interest.
