Good point. It will be in Q4/2010 when the Algar achieved commerciality.

Until Q4/2010 they were reporting only $13 million of interest charges per quarter.

Now they will start to report the actual interest they pay on their debt which is $25.5 millions per quarter or $102 millions per year based on the Q3/2010 numbers. This will lower the earnings by about 3 cents per share.
