As of Friday January 28, 2011 CLLZF (Connacher shares traded in US) were taken out from

Naked Short List - Stocks Off List

The above may have been the main reason for the nice CLL SP gain.

Interestingly January 28 Bitumen prices in Alberta dropped to the lowest level in few months and were quoted at about $44.5 bbl (15% correction).

At this level (including the interest expenses and OPX) CLL is not making any free cash flow which could support Algar expension. Something is going on with the pipelines and bitumen refining capacity in Alberta.
