Scott, this is a good list to post on the wall in the office. Unfortunately for the short term, to me it only says that I can ignore CLL until the summer. A pleasant surprise in terms of the conventional assets sales might happen soon, but other than that, the only significant catalyst I could envision in the next six months, short of a takeover attempt or partnership, would be the next reserves report update in late July or early August. And we both know how little that has moved the stock the last several years.

The buy and hold mentality seems to be more appropriate than the "buy and hope for something exciting to happen soon" mentality.
