According to Reuters the number of shares held by instutional shareholders has increased over the last month from around 90,000,000 common shares or about 20% of the shares to todays number of shares held which is 106,380,755 or 23.8% of the total number of common shares so this is evidence of increased accumulation that Brian mentioned in his last post.
