Excellent question. It would be my opinion that prior to any relaxation of regulations, Connacher take time to consolidate and add some cash reserves. The common shareholders have been beat up enough. However, I am concerned that such an attitude goes against Gusella's natural proclivities. My concern is that conservatism is not in his make up!
