Estimated Cost of the 24,000bbl/d expansion project

I was just looking at the Oilsands Developers website and it has the estimated cost of Connacher's expansion project stated as $875 million dollars with the startup date listed as 2014. It will be interesting to see how management will arrange to finance this. I didn't think that the estimated cost of the expansion would be this high.
