They had no idea what would happen when they slowed Pod 1 production. Actually proceeding with Algar was a good idea as lower labor costs etc lowered the overall costs to build. People here have to understand how much money CLL has saved by expanding during the recession. Prior to the crash when Alberta was booming costs were astronomical due to labor shortages etc. The best time to due something big if you've already got the cash is to do it during an economic depression when costs are lower. Kind of like don't buy a house at the top of the bubble.
