Obviously you had a computer problem. About 2 months ago, I too was speaking with HP in India regarding
an HP problem I had. They did a good job. By the way, China is now the largest consumer in the world of oil, having in the past year passed the US. Also, I am not so sure how knowledgeable a computer techie in Mumbai ( when I was there it was still Bombay) would be in terms of even Indian oil consumption.
