Rebels:

You are forgetting the developing world of China, India, Asia, Africa and South America. World oil consumption is already greater in total than pre crash. Europe and America are down. But the developing world is already making up the demand attributable to the US and Europe plus.

Within a two year period, there will be such a demand increase it will be hard to fill it!
