Something very strange and interesting is happening here.

As pointed out on the other board (I confirmed myself) Scotia Capital black out the Research on the CLL stating that it is now restricted.

Possibility:

1. They are part of the syndicate for new CLL share issue.

2. They are part of the Flow - through issue and they are restricted for 30 days.

3. They are part of the advisor body in regards of CLL takeover or partnership.

4.Scotia Capital dropped CLL for the List

Other options ?
