It seems that reality is very different then we believed is possible.
Yes that's one thing that's for sure.For myself I limited the output much lower then they predict for next year.We probably must be happy if we reach 15.000 next year in total.
They can count for ramping up Algar on many experience they earned from pod 1 so far.I don't know according to the troubles with the pumps and also the first ESP 's later on if they installed High temp ESP's on Algar's wells? Someone any information on that?
The electrical problems could be solved next year with the cogeneration plant and the additional substation which should be installed.
SAG is for sure a complicated issue and no all can be the problem of management .Some things happen when you start up a brand new plant and time brings on better idea's or equipment tlo use for operation.For the 20 years I'm working myself in the catalyst plant in my company I witnessed more then 3 start ups and none of them went smoothly like it was designed for and lot of things had to be replaced etc..So on the part of operating I give them so more credit .Many take the design capacity as a referance but that's not the best idea.
