The key issue to drive SP is the debt service cost. If CLL through sucess on Algar can improve their balance sheet, then we might be able to get more favorable loan terms. Such could significantly reduce operating costs and buttress significantly cash flow with major impact on the net asset valuation. At present, financing costs on the debt is a profit killer. The answer is avoiding problems with Algar and Pod 1 and razor sharp control of both operating and capital costs!
