is in the green .I follow some oil stocks like Total,Royal Dutch and Exxon and these are all down.Royal D. more then 4.5 %.

But latest days volume is very low.Could be something to do with the ownership of institutions.

looks like the previous possible supports on the bourses are collapsing .

Maybe Brian's analist could see its oil target price at 68 coming .
