Sharky:

Larry Edelson, one of the better analyst I follow, predicts that oil will decline to the $68.00 range and then begin a rapid rise to an interim 95.00 range. Edelson is normally pretty acccurate. If he is accurate this time around, we should get a good buying opportunity shortly around the $70.00 area. Rather than trying to buy at the absolute bottom, it is likely best to phase in in a position starting any time around the $71.00 range and make multiple buys as it moves lower. We might miss the absolute bottom but better to miss on one of several small buys than miss on a big buy several dollars above the bottom.

It makes me feel better since Connacher made the announcement regarding shipping the first truckload of bitumen from Algar about a week ago. It at least demonstrates we are in the area of the bitumen resevoir.
