You're both exactly correct. Obama is intentionally sacrificing the gulf coast in order to push his cap and trade agenda.. This agenda of course will add billions of dollars to the bank accounts of the Left Elite that are planning to make fortunes with cap and trade. The names Sorros and Gore come to mind. Green is the new Red. Cap and trade or carbon taxes will enable the progressive Elites to make fortunes while controlling human activity and redistribute wealth. Hopefully the American ( and world ) citizens will see this as an intentional move ( although it'll be hard for Joe public to recognize considering the mainstream media complicity) and demand action.
