Thanks for the info. I knew I had seen some announcement on the subject, now it's clear. Yes I guess the announcement may have been a come and get me signal. I too have no idea where they will get the financing for the expansion other than partnership or total buy out which will be very big let down for all the guys who have been here just about forever. The figures $1.8 to $2 you gave look uninteresting to me at the moment and I always trust your judgement where figures are concerned based on past experience. If as usually happens there is some downward pressure exerted on the SP before any takeover announcement then there may be an oportunity for re-assesment. I guess the manipulators will be looking to push it at least below the 150SMA at around $1.3. That level would also be a much better risk/reward ratio for me. The signs I will be looking for are, no announcements or good news and oil steady but CLL SP still under pressure for no apparent reason.

Still in wait and see mode.
