Interesting partnership from the CLL perspective.

If CIC would get the same deal with the CLL the $435 million cash would translate to 270 million new CLL shares giving them full control of the CLL agenda.

Also this would increase the total number of shares to 700 million. Massive dilution.

Not sure if I would like to see this type of partnership.

Penn West Energy share price is up 5% today. This would be equivalent of CLL SP jump to $1.75
