"The government left oil sands royalties, which were also hiked in 2009, untouched. It predicts its current royalty rollback will create 13,000 more jobs per year, and says even the now-reduced rates will raise $2.1-billion more – largely from oil sands – by 2013 than the pre-2009 regime"
