Those numbers are based on about 8000 bbl/d. So yes as production at GD goes up the per barrel costs come down, Now the netback and per barrel costs will be different at Algar. Algar may have a different blending factor of diluent to bitumen so the bitumen price will be affected by that, and I'm not sure how they will account for the interest on the huge amount borrowed for Algar.

Bottom line, they are bringing in a positive cash flow and as Algar comes on line under budget the SP will rise. I expect $1.70 by end of April if......that happens!
