Just remember, the AEUB or any other governmental authority, is perfectly capable 2 or 3 years from now, of changing all taxation rules, laws and standards when, how and as they see fit. The only thing more confiscatory of our wealth than a spouse or, boyfriend or girlfriend, is a government. Any government at any time without apology, justification, excuse, or even rational explanation!
