It is not my function to know the answers. Last I checked such in any corporation such is the function of Management who are answerable to the Board of Directors. And we pay Management darn nicely particularly with their stock options added on top of their considerable salaries. It is about time that we begin getting performance commensurate with what we pay for and what is needed to secure the favorable outcome required. I am getting fed up with constant and repetitive failure at every turn of the road on two continents.
