Where do you get $1.2 Billion owing?
Today's cash flow is fine as the company is meeting its obligations.
It is an oil play, you borrow money, build, then get oil out of ground. When oil comes out you sell oil, you then have cash to meet obligations that were set out when you borrowed for the oil play. Along the way you might have a rough patch.
By the way I think the company owes $889 million.
